There are two options to select one or more contacts in the contact screen. Availability of these options depend on the area on the platform where the contacts are selected (for instance when selecting workgroup members, selecting suppliers or selecting addressees for a message).
By search/groups
By e-mail
By search/groups
- Open the tab 'By search/groups'.
- Click the name of a contact group in the screen Groups to show the contacts of the group.
- In the screen Contacts. Click one or multiple name(s) of contacts to add as individual contacts or click the name of the group (or names) to add the entire group.
- Click 'Add'.
Search
When selecting contacts via groups a search option is available.
- Enter the search text in th Search bar.
- Click Enter.
- Click the name of the contact to add.
- Click the button 'Add'.
By e-mail
- Open the tab 'By e-mail'.
- Enter the e-mail address of the contact to be added.
- Click the button 'Add'.
Multiple address can be added by seperating them with an Enter. Every address has to be put on a seperate line.
It is possible that selecting contacts by e-mail is not possible. This is a local domain setting. You can only add contacts by search/groups.
