Change contact data
Follow the next steps to change your contact data:
- Click 'Settings' in the bottom of the sidebar.
- Click 'Edit'.
- Change the disired data.
- Click 'Save'.
Change language
Follow the next steps to change the standard language:
- Click 'Settings' in the bottom of the sidebar.
- Click 'Edit'.
- Slecet your language in the section Personal setting'.
- Click 'Save'.
Change timezone
Follow the next steps to change the timezone:
- Click 'Settings' in the bottom of the sidebar.
- Click 'Edit'.
- Slecet your timezone in the section Personal setting'.
- Click 'Save'.
Change locale
The locale defines the notation for time, date and numbers/values.
Follow the next steps to change the locale:
- Click 'Settings' in the bottom of the sidebar.
- Click 'Edit'.
- Slecet your language in the section Personal setting'.
- Click 'Save'.
Grant helpdesk access
It sometimes happens that NegometrixPortal Customer Service requests to look along with you in the application. For this we need your explicit approval.
Follow the next steps to grant access to the Helpdesk:
- Click 'Settings' in the bottom of the sidebar.
- Click 'Grant helpdesk access'.
Change password
Follow the next steps to change you password:
- Click 'Settings' in the bottom of the sidebar.
- Click 'Change password'.
